This month in “Real Pilates” discover Oxygenation of the Body and how to get the most oxygen out of each breath. “Enhancing” the oxygen absorption process with specific Mat, Reformer, Wunda Chair & Cadillac Classes. These Pilates progressions are designed to stimulate “Better Oxygenation” enhancing cell ”regeneration” as we chisel & sculpt the body.
